EVENING YOGA WITH MELISSA

Need to wind down at the end of your day? Join us, in-person, outside on the Dock behind the Clubhouse for a socially aware Yoga class every Wednesday in October from 5-6 pm. This class will help you shift gears as you move into your evening or rest time, allowing you space for centering and grounding.

Space is limited, be sure to reserve your spot before coming to class. Due to class capacity limits, walk-ins are welcome until class is full. Participants will need to bring their own mat, props, towels and water. For Residents Only
