Rhythmic Flow Vinyasa

Rhythmic flow blends intuitive transitions and repetition to shift from head to heart. This immersive experience of music, movement, and mindfulness feeds the intrinsic desire to move rhythmically, a dance of body and breath. Ideal for yogis with a base understanding of the more common poses in yoga.

Phina obtained her certification through YogaWorks, trained at RoCo Dance, and studied Yin Yoga at the Arhanta Ashram. Phina is known for her unique sequencing, thoughtful use of music, and carefully crafted classes.

You’re invited to a presentation of the compelling documentary The Coddling of the American Mind, inspired by the bestselling book by Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt. Synopsis:

In 2012, anxiety, depression, and suicide rates among young adults began to rise dramatically, and nobody knew why.
