This longer and steady-paced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) class dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer-held poses to build stamina and strength, occasionally exploring slightly more challenging poses. Modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Fiona has been a student of yoga and meditation for over a decade, with 500+ hours of formal teacher training through YogaWorks. Inspired by her roots in ballet and modern dance, she brings a love for creative movement to her alignment-based classes. Through a combination of intuitive sequencing and attention to the breath, her classes offer an embodied experience that is playful, challenging, and grounded in practical wisdom. Rhythmic Flow Vinyasa

Rhythmic flow blends intuitive transitions and repetition to shift from head to heart. This immersive experience of music, movement, and mindfulness feeds the intrinsic desire to move rhythmically, a dance of body and breath. Ideal for yogis with a base understanding of the more common poses in yoga.

Phina obtained her certification through YogaWorks, trained at RoCo Dance, and studied Yin Yoga at the Arhanta Ashram. Phina is known for her unique sequencing, thoughtful use of music, and carefully crafted classes.

Moving at a slower, steady pace, we will explore the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most Vinyasa yoga classes, blending proper alignment and body awareness with occasional restorative elements to help you relax, release tension, and grow your practice safely. This class is ideal for newer yogis or anyone seeking a more basic class to unwind and refine their fundamentals.

Fiona has been a student of yoga and meditation for over a decade, with 500+ hours of formal teacher training through YogaWorks. Inspired by her roots in ballet and modern dance, she brings a love for creative movement to her alignment-based classes. Through a combination of intuitive sequencing and attention to the breath, her classes offer an embodied experience that is playful, challenging, and grounded in practical wisdom. Students are encouraged to deepen their exploration of yoga and discover a practice that not only feels good, but that can bring clarity and meaning to their lives off the mat.

Rhythmic Flow Vinyasa

Rhythmic flow blends intuitive transitions and repetition to shift from head to heart. This immersive experience of music, movement, and mindfulness feeds the intrinsic desire to move rhythmically, a dance of body and breath. Ideal for yogis with a base understanding of the more common poses in yoga.

Phina obtained her certification through YogaWorks, trained at RoCo Dance, and studied Yin Yoga at the Arhanta Ashram. Phina is known for her unique sequencing, thoughtful use of music, and carefully crafted classes.
