COMMON SPACES

The Common Spaces of the Clubhouse Kitchen, Firepit,
and The Sunset Lounge are available for private rental
by Cove Residents. See Reservation Guideline below:

CLUBHOUSE

Hours: 5:00am – 11:00pm Daily

SUNSET LOUNGE

Hours: 7:00am – 9:00pm Daily

INDOOR POOL

Located in the Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00am – 11:00pm, Daily
Access: Residents should use Leasing Office entrance to access Indoor Pool. 

  • Indoor Pool is for residents only.

  • First come, first-served

  • NO GLASS OR PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE POOL AREA


OUTDOOR POOLS

Hours: 7:00am – 10:00pm, Daily
Access: Residents should use their key fob to access the Outdoor Pools

  • Outdoor Pools are for residents only.

  • First come, first-served

  • NO GLASS OR PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE POOL AREA

  • Do not move pool furniture


FITNESS CENTER

Hours: 5:00am – 11:00pm, Daily
Located in the Clubhouse

  • Gym is for residents only

  • Fitness center is available on a first come, first serve basis

  • Residents must bring their own towels

  • No pets inside and Children under the age of 14yo must be accompanied by an adult


SUNSET YOGA STUDIO

Hours: 7:00am – 9:00pm, Daily
Located next to the Sunset Lounge

  • Sunset Yoga Studio is for residents only

  • Studio is available on a first come, first serve basis and is not available during any fitness/yoga classes

  • Residents must bring their own towels


YOGA CLASSES

Hours: 6:00pm – 7:00pm Tuesdays/Thursdays
10am – 11:15am Sunday
Location: Sunset Yoga Studio

  • Towels not provided

  • Please arrive on time to minimize class disruptions


FITNESS CLASSES

Hours: 6:00pm – 7:00pm Mondays/Wednesdays
10am – 11am Saturday
Location: Sunset Yoga Studio

RESERVATIONS

CLUBHOUSE CONFERENCE ROOM

Reservations for the Cove Clubhouse Conference Room are on a first-come basis, can be booked from 5a-11p and are booked at 2-hour time slots. There is no cost for reserving the Clubhouse Conference Room.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES

FOR COMMON SPACES AT THE COVE

1. Making Reservations for Cove Common Spaces

  • Residents can reserve common spaces in the Clubhouse Kitchen & Fire Pit Room or the Sunset Lounge by:

    • Calling Resident Services at 415-388-4646,

    • Emailing services@thecoveattiburon.com, or

    • Visiting the Leasing Office during open hours.

  • All reservations are subject to management approval, which reserves the right to cancel or adjust reservations to ensure fair access to amenity spaces for all residents.

  • Residents must comply with Community Standards and Policies when using amenity spaces.

  • Reservations provide exclusive use of the rented space only during the time reserved.

  • Event setup time must be included in the total reservation period.

  • The Cove Swimming Pools (and Hot Tubs) are not available for private rental and cannot be included in the reservations. If the Cove Clubhouse pool is planned to be used along with a reservation, management must be made aware ahead of time and additional requirements made be required. If pools are used for private party attendees, an adult over 18yo must be present in the pool area if there are any children under 14yo in the pool.

2. Reservation Requirements

  • Private Gatherings: Reservations are required for private gatherings exceeding the allowed number of guests per apartment, as defined by the lease (subject to management discretion).

  • Cove-Sponsored Events: Relevant common spaces are not available for rent during pre-scheduled Cove-sponsored events.

  • Reservation Duration: Reservations are generally limited to 4-hour periods, unless extended by management (additional costs may apply).

  • Condition of Spaces: Residents must leave spaces in their original state after use.

  • Cleaning Fees: Additional cleaning fees of up to $500 may apply if spaces require extra cleaning by Cove staff (subject to management discretion).

3. Reservation Tiers and Pricing
Reservation costs vary based on the number of attendees, day of the week (weekend vs. weekday), and the use of outside vendors (e.g., caterers, DJs, bands).

  • Vendor Notification: Residents must notify management in writing of all participating vendors, whether paid or unpaid.

  • Kitchen Only Option: The kitchen area can be reserved independently for groups under 20 people.

*Kitchen Only is not available for groups over 20 people. Sunset Lounge is not available for groups over 50 people.

*Sunset Lounge closes at 9pm every day, must be emptied and clean by then.

*Weekends include Friday, Saturday, Sunday

4. Reservation Policy Violations
Non-compliance with the Cove reservation policy may result in:

  • Additional charges applied to the residents’ account.

  • Suspension or banning of future reservation privileges for Cove amenity spaces.

  • Residents holding events in Common Spaces without proper reservations may be subject to appropriate charges (subject to management discretion).
