Need to wind down at the end of your day? Join us, in-person, outside on the Dock behind the Clubhouse for a distanced Yoga class on Wednesday, July 15th from 6-7 pm. This class will help you shift gears as you move into your evening or rest time, allowing you space for centering and grounding. Marisa guides you through gentle postures to help quiet your mind, open your chest and hips, and lengthen your spine.
Space is limited, be sure to reserve your spot before coming to class. Due to class capacity limits, walk-ins are welcome until class is full. Participants will need to bring their own mat, props, towels and water. For Residents Only
