Join us, in-person, outside on the Clubhouse Deck for a spatially aware Cardio Strength Training class every Saturday from 10-11 am. This Studio Thirty class is a rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving. You will feel the burn in all areas of your body.
Space is limited, be sure to reserve your spot before coming to class. Due to class capacity limits, walk-ins are welcome until class is full. Participants will need to bring their own mat, towels and water.
