Join in a cardio strength training class with brothers and founders of Studio Thirty - Jake and JT Peterson - every Saturday from 10-11am.
Studio Thirty, awarded best personal trainer in Marin by Marin Magazine, offers Cove residents a high impact 30-minute workout using Cardio Strength Training. CST is an athletic style conditioning for any body and produces incredible results – strength, agility and stamina – in a very short time.
Following a dynamic warm up, participants do their 30-minute workout consisting of three rounds followed by a five-minute cool down. The total workout is 45 minutes. There’s no heavy machinery, no complex workouts to learn. The goal is to get you feeling healthy in mind, body and spirit so that you can enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.
