CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING WITH STUDIO THIRTY

Join us, in-person, outside on the Clubhouse Deck for a spatially aware Cardio Strength Training class with instructors Jake and JT Peterson every Monday and Wednesday from 6-7 pm and Saturdays from 10-11am.

Founders of Studio Thirty, and brothers Jake and JT are ready to bring their expertise to The Cove! This class is a rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving.

Space is limited, be sure to reserve your spot before coming to class. Due to class capacity limits, walk-ins are welcome until class is full. Participants will need to bring their own mat, towels and water.
