Join us for an elegant evening of indulgence at our upcoming Caviar & Champagne Tasting, exclusively for Cove residents.

Savor three distinct varieties of premium caviar, presented with traditional accompaniments and a few creative pairings, offering a true tasting experience. Each attendee will receive three 10g tins, each featuring a different variety of caviar—a $185 value.

Complementing the caviar will be a curated selection of fine champagnes to sample.

More about Haute Caviar

Lisa Simon started her career Lisa first entered the food scene as a restaurateur in New York at 22 years old which was featured at The James Beard House, in Zagat and the New York Times amongst others. It also provided many opportunities to cook alongside celebrity Chefs. Craving a new venture, Lisa later joined the founders at The Bubble Lounge to launch in New York and San Francisco, working with internationally celebrated vintners and luxury brands as well as caviar farms and distributors. Having the largest Champagne selection available in the US was the start of many long standing friendships. During that time she also worked with numerous celebrity clients, assisted in a fashion show with Paco Rabanne, and was featured in Money Magazine and Crain’s. working with celebrity Chefs, farmers and vintners from all over the world.

Having first-hand experience in agriculture at wineries in Sonoma, Napa, Bordeaux and Champagne and with fisheries, working in aquaculture at sturgeon farms as well as with ranchers and dairymen, it is what helped Lisa hone her olfactory sense.

Having Haute Caviar appreciated with top wine enthusiasts, caviar connoisseurs, incredible Chefs and wineries and being able to consistently be amongst the very best in the wine community is a proud achievement.
