Did you know that even 15 minutes of soaking your feet in a hot bath helps to calm the nervous system, doing wonders for stress levels, anxiety and overall mood?
Add some laughter to that if you are a bit ticklish and you'll find it's good for you over the long term.
Laughter may improve your immune system. Thoughts of worry manifest into chemical reactions that can affect your body by bringing more stress into your system and decreasing your immunity.
By contrast, laughter and reframing those thoughts can release neuropeptides that help fight stress and potentially more-serious illnesses.

Remove your touch irritants-labels, socks with seams, tight waist pants or necklines
Find a warm spot on a stone or sidewalk and feel the heat soothe your feet
Find a cool spot in the grass and explore the sensation of the soft cushion of the earth under bare soles
Action: Imagine the sensation of receiving energy to revive and rejuvenate.
