Close your eyes and image in your favorite place or a wonderful holiday destination that you've seen photos of. It can be anyplace you feel peaceful and fortified. You can even build it right now. 

Presence Pause:

Start to sense the surroundings of whatever feels best to you in this moment. What’s the temperature? Is there a scent? Is it hushed or bustling with sounds? What details emerge as you wander through the space behind your eyes? Really feel yourself being there. Live the views and sense the atmosphere with your whole being. 

Action:

Enjoy your vacation for 5-10 minutes and allow your body to live it. Your brain bio computer is the most effective virtual reality technology. 

Image in your ideal surroundings.

Allow your imagination to fully transport you.

Your body relaxes into your mini staycation as you allow your senses to build the structure.

Studies in Neuroscience show that regularly traveling through your inner space can have a significant effect on well-being.

Neuroplasticity is the change in neural pathways and synapses that occurs due to certain factors, like behavior, environment, or neural processes. 

During such changes, the brain engages in synaptic pruning, deleting the neural connections that are no longer necessary or useful, and strengthening the necessary ones.
