DAY 3 | Stand Tall
Notice your posture.
Draw your shoulders all the way up to your ears, hold them there for a moment and then gently cascade them down your back and breathe.
Tilt your chin up just a bit, allow your nose to sniff the air from this elongated you.
Breathe with presence and purpose.
Standing tall and having your spine as straight as possible allows for greater oxygen flow.
More oxygen flow means you feel more refreshed.
Your mind becomes more clear.
Standing tall eases stress, shifts brain chemistry and empowers a sense of certainty.
Stand tall, flourish and flower.
Your ability to self-edit in any given moment to whatever sensory input you receive and regulate your neurological threshold is key in your Whole Being and the ability to be comfortable in what others may experience as discomfort.
