Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6pm | Sunset Yoga Studio
Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Participants will need to bring their own mat, props, towels and water.
On Tuesdays, you will be in great hands with our instructor, Phina.
Phina obtained her certification through YogaWorks, trained at RoCo Dance, and studied Yin Yoga at the Arhanta Ashram. Phina is known for her unique sequencing, thoughtful use of music, and carefully crafted classes.
On Thursdays, you will be in great hands with our instructor, Fiona.
Fiona has been a student of yoga for over a decade and has trained with master teachers from New York to California. Inspired by her roots in ballet and modern dance, she brings a genuine love of creative movement to her alignment-based classes. Through a combination of intuitive sequencing and attention to the breath, students are encouraged to deepen their exploration of yoga and discover a practice that can bring clarity and meaning to their lives.
