Trainer Jesus Sandoval, from our sister property Parkmerced, will take you through a full body, high intensity interval training workout, lasting 50 minutes on Tuesdays at 10a. Together we will go through cardio, legs, upper body and core. Each body part will have three exercises lasting 45 seconds each with 15 seconds of rest/transition. These intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods will help your body to continue to burn calories at an accelerated rate, even after class!
