Roadside Rotisseries specialize in rotisserie chicken and meats including pork ribs, pork loin, turkey thighs as well as flavorful side dishes and salads. We serve mostly locally sourced meats and vegetables from small farms no further than 200 miles from the Bay area. From farm to street, we will be serving hella good chicken, kicka** kale salad and all the favorites you've come to enjoy. See you soon!

Singer/Songwriters Katie Freeman and Chris Chappell have nested down, in the rich musical heritage that defines the Sonoma region, and brought to roost some of it's finest musicians on Must Hatch including; bassist Max Ramey, guitarist Chis Rossbach, organist Mike Emerson, vocalist April Grisman and more.  "Organic home gown grooves from the heart of Petaluma – our nations egg basket!" - The Incubators fold sweet seamless harmonies into their omelet of rock, country, jam and American roots music.
