And what pasta dish is complete without a vibrant salad featuring a rainbow of heirloom tomatos that are perfectly ripe from the summer's sun, fresh mozzerella cheese from our local fromager, and crisp Basil!
Come join Chefs Francesca and Gabriel for a Summer Supper and learn how to make fresh stuffed pasta, homemade focaccia bread from Zinnia Wildflower's favorite bread recipes and how to put together a lively, fresh salad that showcases California's finest fresh offerings!
