Join us at The Cove for Duck, Duck, Moose, a class where chef David attacks all things duck - no actual moose involved.
We'll whip up a silky duck mousse, toss a vibrant salad with rich duck confit, and master the art of searing duck breast to crispy perfection, served with a luscious pan sauce.
Whether you love duck, love the company of your Cove neighbors, or just want to drink wine and quack up to more bad dad puns, this class will be as delicious as it is entertaining!
At tonight’s event enjoy a wine tasting from Paul Mathew Vineyards. They are committed to low input winemaking using indigenous yeast and Malolactic bacteria. This winemaking style produces wine lush on the palate with seamless flavors. This process is much slower and more time consuming than traditional commercial winemaking. Low input winemaking showcases the fruit and the site. Pinot Noir their largest focus with chardonnay, rose of pinot noir & valdiguie being produced in small quantities.
