Ready to sweat? Join Coach Michael who is now offering virtual adult fitness camp sessions Mondays and Wednesday at 6:30p. He’ll go through a one-hour high-intensity workout combining cardio, muscle endurance, core strength and flexibility. Be sure to drink plenty of water and have a face towel on-hand.
