Join us for a virtual mixology class featuring Absinthe Brasserie’s Bar Manager, Eve Alsop-Brenner, and learn how to make two of Absinthe’s signature cocktails - The French 75 and The Mother Lode.

Absinthe is one of San Francisco’s most beloved and longest-running dining institutions, focusing on creative French brasserie fare & an inspired selection of classic cocktails. We’ve prepared a list of ingredients so you can mix your cocktail alongside Eve, while also learning basic mixology techniques.
