Join us in the Sunset Yoga Studio from 6-7pm for a class.
Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
Heidi is a veteran instructor with decades of experience in the fitness industry. She believes that when it comes to exercise, consistency is key. Heidi suggests that the best way to stay consistent to your program is to allow yourself to have some fun, find a community of people who support you and be kind to yourself. Heidi enjoys sharing her positive energy with others and motivating them to be the best and strongest version of themselves both physically and mentally. When not in the studio, Heidi raises money for a nonprofit, and enjoys time spent with friends and family.
Participants will need to bring their own mat, props, towels and water.
