Our Cinco de Mayo themed party will kick off Chef David’s 2023 return to The Cove! Learn the secrets of cooking a succulent pork chop in our early fiesta. We will sear chops and serve with some festive sides including a riff on Mexican street corn. Cervezas and tequila will be in the house!
Cove resident and neighborhood cocktail maven, Susan Gibbs, will be presenting two specialty tequila cocktails to pair with Chef David’s dishes.
