CHEF EXPERIENCE: CHEF DAVID GROFF

Join us at the Clubhouse for our first Chef Experiences with Chef David Groff.

These are hands-on, active participation classes. Chef David will often demonstrate a skill or method, followed by residents working with a partner or small group on a few different projects.

BUBBLES & GOUGERES

Learn how to make the versatile pâte à choux dough with a demonstration from Chef David Groff of Mealticketsf. We will enjoy bubbles and gougères (think cheesy puff appetizers), and you will leave with your new go-to appetizer for all your dinner parties!

A glass of prosecco will be poured to greet guests as they arrive. Warm gougeres will be passed during class. Take home recipes will be provided.
