The Preferred Partnership Program offer (“Offer”) is available for a limited time, to qualified prospective first-time tenants who (i) are referred to [Parkmerced, Southshore, The Cove] by their employer or HR Professionals or Relocation Companies on behalf of a third party employer between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023; (ii) sign a lease within seventy-two (72) hours of a tour of [Parkmerced, Southshore, The Cove]; and (iii) move in within forty-five (45) days of applying at [Southshore, The Cove] will receive the benefit of the following offer:

Offer is limited to one (1) per lease (i.e., each apartment unit may only take advantage of one offer).
