YOGA with Monique Camargo
We are excited to introduce Monique Camargo, our newest yoga instructor. Monique is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama teacher with a deep commitment to the teachings of Yoga. She is passionate about sharing the nurturing benefits of a consistent practice, guiding students to connect more mindfully through the breath. Monique’s classes offer a grounded yet challenging experience, emphasizing steadiness in the body. With carefully sequenced and intentional flows, she invites students to cultivate strength, mobility, self-awareness, and presence.
CLASS OFFERING
Tuesdays 6-7pm | Vinyasa flow
In this class, you’ll sync breath with mindful movement while flowing through both traditional and creative yoga poses. The practice builds strength, balance, and body awareness. While physically engaging, it remains accessible and grounding, with variations to support different levels. A familiarity with
common yoga poses is helpful, but students are encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive and aligned with their practice.
