Dear Residents,
This year taught us gratitude. What mattered most in 2020? Our residents, communities, and colleagues. On behalf of our entire team here at The Cove, we would like to wish you and yours a Happy New Year! We look forward to serving you in 2021. Celebrate the holiday with us by taking a virtual trip to Rio De Janeiro. We are excited to continue providing a wide array of digital and spatially aware programs, activities, and much more for our residents in the new year.
A REMINDER TO COVER-UP
In order to maintain our most vital health, let’s respect boundaries of 6 feet, wear face coverings in public, and be particularly mindful in close spaces. We appreciate your conscious collaboration in community care.
HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS
In observance of New Year’s Day, our office will close at 3pm on Thursday, December 31. Our office will be closed on Friday, January 1. In the case of need, our maintenance team will be on call to assist. We will reopen for business as usual on Saturday, January 2.
SYZYGY: SEE IT BEFORE IT’S GONE!
Parkmerced, our sister property, has been spreading holiday cheer this season with an outdoor sculpture that lights up the night sky with hope and wonder. “Syzygy”, created by artist Taylor Dean Harrison, is an interactive art installation featuring six 15 x 10 ft sculptures that cast shadows and light onto the ground in an aligned pattern 120 feet in diameter. All are welcome to visit Parkmerced to experience this interactive Art at the Park installation, on display in Juan Bautista Circle until January 14! BIKE TUNE TUESDAYS: TUESDAY, 1/5 FROM 9:30 AM - 3:45 PM
Velofix is back at The Cove for our first Bike Tune Tuesday of the new year! Appointments are available now, click here to reserve your spot! Once spots fill up, feel free to reach out to us via email to be added to the waitlist for future Bike Tune Tuesdays (February 9th and March 9th).

WINTER DECORATING CONTEST: RESULTS!
Thanks to all the neighbors who participated in our Winter Decorating Contest. We truly enjoyed seeing all the creative and merry balcony, door, and window displays! Check out all the entries and winners, here. Cove resident, Dan Leers, is still offering free aerial photo service to anyone who wants to capture their winter decor displays. EVENING YOGA: EVERY WEDNESDAY FROM 5-6 PM
Need to wind down at the end of your day? Join us for a virtual Yoga class this week from 5-6 pm. This class will help you shift gears as you move into your evening or rest time, allowing you space for centering and grounding. Click here for more details.
