I visited The Cove yesterday to check out the property. I was lucky enough to work with Jonathan. Jonathan was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. Jonathan made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. He took the time to show me all the amenities that were important to me in addition to showing me many options of units to choose from. Jonathan was very observant and quickly learned what was important to me and showed me units based on this knowledge he gained about me in a matter of minutes of engaging with me. Thank you very much Jonathan! You made this process fun, informative, and seamless.

One of the reasons we love the Cove is the immediate sense of community we received moving in. Our neighbors are friendly and bring value to life daily. On top of that, the maintenance crew is outstanding. We never have to wait more than a day to have something fixed and often times only a few hours. Deybi, Arnie, Jose and Alberto are extremely welcoming (even good with our dog), prompt with service and keep a watchful eye for the neighborhood. They’re a top notch service team and a pleasure to be around.

I moved into The Cove 5/1/23. I am loving everything about it. My apartment is brand new and has a fabulous view right on the water. I have been sailing on the bay with other residents on a spectacular 41 foot sailboat. I am going to a cooking class on soufflé making with Dutton Goldfield wine tasting that is free. I’ve been to two happy hours with live music, free wine and food trucks.
