Seriously the BEST place to live! The units are beautiful and right on the Marina with very close access to beautiful hikes, the ocean, and the city. The management team, especially Courtney and Arnie, are so helpful and attentive and really make this place special. There are so many amenities, we really feel like we're on vacation living here! Can't recommend this place enough and so happy we are living here!

Dream community to live in!
The apartments are very nicely renovated. The staff from the leasing office to the maintenance crew are extremely nice and caring.
The Cove is not just a place to live but a family. The events are all so fun and well thought out.
Dont forget to check out the private beach!! Its spectacular!!

One of the reasons we love the Cove is the immediate sense of community we received moving in. Our neighbors are friendly and bring value to life daily. On top of that, the maintenance crew is outstanding. We never have to wait more than a day to have something fixed and often times only a few hours. Deybi, Arnie, Jose and Alberto are extremely welcoming (even good with our dog), prompt with service and keep a watchful eye for the neighborhood. They’re a top notch service team and a pleasure to be around.

I moved into The Cove 5/1/23. I am loving everything about it. My apartment is brand new and has a fabulous view right on the water. I have been sailing on the bay with other residents on a spectacular 41 foot sailboat. I am going to a cooking class on soufflé making with Dutton Goldfield wine tasting that is free. I’ve been to two happy hours with live music, free wine and food trucks.
