Curiosity

Look around you. Really look as if you were seeing your environment for the very first time.

Be curious about your surroundings. Instead of placing a "bad" or "good" on things, consider everything interesting.

Pause as if you were in a museum looking at art, notice the details of every drop. Notice how you feel vs what you think.

Presence Pause:

Notice where you are labeling your experience and how when you choose not to, your mind stays free, curious and in wonder.

When you feel these feelings, you find peace which reduces stress both physically and mentally. Stress causes negative thinking, which causes more stress.

Action:

Letting go of labels and contrast like good or bad shifts your thinking. In fact it can be like updating your app on a phone. It creates space for updated and expansive information that can ease stress .

Give your brain a presence pause and notice what you notice.

Soothe your mind and come to your sense so you can experience yourself as part of this glorious world around you, at peace and present
